I grew up in Buffalo Grove and graduated from Stevenson High School. I enrolled at the National Personal Training Institute, in Chicago. A year later, I graduated with my national level certification. I continued training for several months until I realized I wanted to learn more. Luckily my old employers required all trainers pass the NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) to become a certified personal trainer. Continuing along I was introduced to a program that was taught by Paul Chek. After taking some required prerequisite course before actually taking the 5-9 day courses, everything started to come together. This material deemed heavy to most, came almost naturally to me. This learning opened my eyes to how everything works together. This is when my vision of “Fusion Health” was born. Since graduating, I’ve been training for four years now and never look back to the conventional training method. Counting reps and health magazines are worthless without a solid healthy foundation. Educating and coaching my clients on a stress free, pain free, healthy lifestyle is what I pride myself on. I work to empower people by showing them options and working with them to develop a plan on how to achieve their goals and aspirations successfully.
